| The Road Not Taken Robert Frost
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, And sorry I could not travel both And be one traveler, long I stood And looked down one as far as I could To where it bent in the undergrowth; Then took the other, as just as fair And having perhaps the better claim, Because it was grassy and wanted wear; Though as for that, the passing there Had worn them really about the same, And both that morning equally lay In leaves no step had trodden black. Oh, I kept the first for another day! Yet knowing how way leads on to way, I doubted if I should ever come back. I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: two roads diverged in a wood, and I -- I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.

Every decision contributes to a result, no matter how small it is, it has a linkage to impact upon the future. This is also how we are being connected from past and future - decision. Final year, have a lot of decisions to make. Maybe the last chance to join a competition, maybe the last chance to taste school love, maybe the last chance to go for exchange, maybe the last chance to see some lecturer you dislike a lot, maybe the last chance to talk to some classmate you seldom met before. maybe the last chance to climb up the polyu clock, or maybe the last chance to trigger the library alarm haha. How you gonna play it may create a new road and end the another. I had been so determined at the beginning, but still sometimes being so easily influenced by an accident, a sudden choice or people, and have hesitation when walking along the middle way, questioning myself do I choose the right path. Yes, all I need to do is reassure myself once again. 'I Believe, in myself.' Even there is doubt, the history won't allow you to turn back again. Differences are made right after a decision is made. Keep moving forward, from a Disney flim, is once my favorite motto. You have to be responsible for the choice you make, and be courageous for letting go the opposite result by the road not taken. Life is all about a series of choices. A game without winning and losing, but living up with the choices you made, at the very best you can.
